Our Black Angus cows are sourced from our long-time and trusted partner farm, Trail Place Farms, and raised right here on the lush fields of Hodges Family Farm. Never fed any grain, our cows move from paddock to paddock grazing on fresh, diverse fields until they are fully mature. We like to say that we don't raise cows, we build the soil that grows the grass and forms, and the cows raise themselves in as natural an environment as possible. Due to the active lifestyle that our cows enjoy, our beef is naturally lean, but still bursting with flavor.
Hodges Farm Pastured Beef liver is naturally high in proteins, vitamins, nutrients, and minerals. Liver is most commonly seared and paired with onions, or made into a pate.
