There are a million ways to make bone broth or stock so don't be afraid to try it a few different ways.
My preference for a simple chicken stock is:
- 1 Chicken Stock Pack
- 1 Large Carrot cut up
- 1 Large Onion cup up
- 1/2 Tbs Minced Garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cover with water in a slow cooker and cook on low for about 12 hours (in crockpot on on stovepot).
