Grilled Pork Chops with Honey Garlic Glaze

A simple glaze drenches perfectly grilled pork chops. By flipping the pork frequently over high heat for the first several minutes of cooking and finishing the meat on low heat will provide juicy evenly cooked pork every time!

Ingredients
- (1/3 Cup) Hodges Spring Honey - 1lb
- (1/8 cup) Soy Sauce
- (2 cloves, crushed) Garlic Cloves
- Freshly Ground Salt & Pepper
- Pork Chop Seasoning (Rosemary, Mint)
- (2-4 chops) Pork Chops - Bone in
Directions
Step 1 – Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic to a boil in a saucepan, then reduce to simmer for 5mins until garlic is cooked and fragrant. Remove from heat and whisk in black pepper. Set it aside.
Step 2 – Lightly season pork chops with salt and sage
Step 3 – Heat grill and sear pork chops on each side, turning frequently to develop a crust on all surfaces for approximately 6 minutes total. Lower heat and cook through, continuing to turn for about 10-15 mins more, until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145. Brush the pork chops with the glaze and serve with additional glaze on the side.
