Step 1 – Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic to a boil in a saucepan, then reduce to simmer for 5mins until garlic is cooked and fragrant. Remove from heat and whisk in black pepper. Set it aside.
Step 2 – Lightly season pork chops with salt and sage
Step 3 – Heat grill and sear pork chops on each side, turning frequently to develop a crust on all surfaces for approximately 6 minutes total. Lower heat and cook through, continuing to turn for about 10-15 mins more, until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145. Brush the pork chops with the glaze and serve with additional glaze on the side.
