- (1 Clove) Garlic
- (2 Bunches) Green Onions
- (1/2 Cup) Olive Oil
- (1/2 Cup) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (2 Cups) Spinach
- (To Taste) Salt and Pepper
Add all ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse or blend to your desired consistency.
It is helpful to chop greens and crush garlic, adding liquid ingredients slowly to keep from clumping.
Serve with bread, pita, as a dressing, or on your favorite cut of meat!
